What are tokens? Tokens are how we measure usage of AI features in Chronicle.

Here are how many approximate tokens are needed for different actions in Chronicle:

  • Remix = ~1 token
  • Generate presentation = ~10 tokens + 1 token per chapter
  • Rewrite content = ~1 token

Are tokens shared within a workspace? No, tokens are unique to each user in the workspace.

How can I get more tokens? The easiest way to get more tokens is by upgrading to a Pro or Plus plan.

Soon, you will be able to purchase additional tokens as add-ons.

Do unused tokens expire? Unused tokens expire at the end of each month.

Can I change my plan or cancel at any time? You can cancel or downgrade at any time. If you downgrade from a paid plan, your content remains yours and you will maintain access to all your created content, but some features may be limited.

Is there a discount on annual billing? Yes! You can save up to 20% by choosing an annual plan compared to monthly billing.

How do I get charged when adding a member to my workspace? You can add as many members to your workspace as you’d like on the Plus plan. You will be charged for an additional seat for each member who accepts their invitation.
